I wanted to take a minute to say Thank You.  I try to make sure that when I receive exceptional service, I say Thank You.  My son and I were in to see you recently for a follow up appointment for his acne - which has cleared up dramatically by the way.  Thank you for that first, but while we were there you noticed the horrible fever blister that I had and you made time to see me even though I was not a patient and did not have an appointment.  I have to say, I have never received better service from a physician and I just wanted to say Thanks.  I will most definitely sing your praises and recommend your practice!!
